Sector 3 Solutions Pty Ltd operates the Kylie Audit platform at audit.kylieai.net. We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Account Users
For users of the Kylie Audit platform, we collect:
- Name and email address (for account creation and communications)
- Authentication credentials (passwords are never stored in plaintext)
2.2 Audio Processing
Our clients provide audio recordings for compliance analysis. These recordings may contain personal information spoken during calls. Our platform is designed with privacy in mind — all personally identifiable information is automatically redacted from transcripts during processing. Retained data contains no personal information.

- All data is stored exclusively in Australia — 100% Australian data residency
- Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication
- We engage reputable cloud infrastructure providers bound by strict data processing agreements
